Prior to opening Sublime, Executive
Chef Scott Howlett was executive chef at
all three of the Sushi Lounge locations.
Also in New Jersey, Howlett was chef at Triumph Brewing Co.and Mediterra in
Princeton and Nova Terra in New Brunswick. His resume also includes work at the
Ritz Carlton and Breakers in Palm Beach
and stints in both Mexico and Japan.
